House Rules
All guests must acknowledge and agree to abide by the house rules. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay at the property. No pets are allowed, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed, no parties.

Please note: Accessing the unit requires climbing 2 flights of stairs as it is located on the top floor. There are no additional stairs inside the unit itself. Important Notice: This home is NOT baby and/or child-proofed. Prior to use, please thoroughly inspect the premises and take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your children. Guests must have at least three positive reviews from previous stays to be eligible to book. For everyone’s comfort and security, the person who books the reservation must be staying at the condo for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
